St Anne’s is also committed to the prefect balance of our carbon footprint and operating sustainably. The winery’s Organic Cultivation Practices allows sheep across specific vineyard blocks reducing both weeds and weed sprays.
With drip irrigation and soil probes we precisely control the water required. Mulching our organic waste under the vines reduces soil moisture loss and improves soil structure. An on-site Water Recycling Plant also recycles 100% of the waste water generated by the winery and bottling plant.
